One of the best experiences...

Going on an exchange for me has been one of the best experiences I’ve had, as a medical student it’s great to start going to the hospital or community and to be in contact with patients and it is better to have the opportunity to watch and learn from a different health system in other country with a different culture, that is what an exchange has to give and more, it’s amazing to find people all over the world with so many things in common. IFMSA’s exchanges not only give medical students the opportunity to do practices in a foreign country all over the world, but it gives the chance to travel, to be part of a different culture, to meet awesome people, to learn and of course to have a lot of fun. I would always encourage medical students to travel and its obviously better if that trip involves what you love, medicine.
